Follow on Google News | Good Look Ink Helps Army Veteran and Purple Heart Recipient Get A Hair MakeoverBy: Good Look Ink Nathan Jones, 29, who served in the army for ten years, decided to enter Good Look Ink’s contest. “I knew this procedure was exactly what I needed to get my confidence back,” said Jones. “I never thought they’d choose me though, I never win anything.” Jones began balding during basic training in 2004, and by 2005 he was on his way to Iraq. He was stationed in Fallujah, Iraq for two years, during Bush's troop surge, where they decided to extend his deployment. During the Iraq War, he was part of a four-vehicle convoy and the front vehicle struck an improvised explosive device (IED) and the explosion impacted his vehicle. He was awarded the Purple Heart, which is given to those wounded or killed while serving. “After hearing Nathan’s heroic story we knew he was the most deserving of this free procedure,” said Kevin Knoop, Chief Operations Officer at Good Look Ink. “Like a lot of the men we see every day, Nathan was most excited to stop wearing hats all the time and finally dress up nicely for his wife.” Jones and his wife have been together for almost 10 years and have a beautiful daughter together. Good Look Ink which has been at the forefront of perfecting and advancing three-dimensional hair follicle enhancement, helps men get back the youthful and natural look of a full head of short, closely cropped hair, by choice. Men look like they shave because they want to, not because they have to. People have flown in from 27 different countries around the world to have this procedure done. End
