Video Eulogy

Tell everyone just how special they were in your life, smile at the camera, read your script and talk.  This really will be your Swan Song. You will generally only create one Eulogy Message.  Choose between the 5-minute Eulogy, or the 10-minute Eulogy +.

The Video Eulogy will be dispatched immediately on confirmation of your passing, to ensure it is received in plenty of time to allow the family to review and save to a memory-stick before being shown in public.

Audio Message

You may not feel at ease filming yourself with a camera, so creating an Audio message could be for you.

Email Message

Send a scheduled Email message to any Email or social media site address.

Printed Letters

The Letter is an ideal method of sending a message to someone that does not have a computer or Smartphone, or for those who are too-young to be online, such as a child or the elderly.

Send a collection of up to 25 memorable pictures to someone special. A picture says a thousand words, just imagine the special memories and magical moments that will be unlocked when you send these treasured pictures that hold unique memories from your lifetime. The Freebie allows you to send one Email and one Audio message to many recipients. This is limited to one Freebie Email and one Freebie Audio Message per user.

The Freebie Email

The same Email will be sent to all recipients (non-personal) and is intended to allow you to say a final farewell to as many people you wish. Friends, work colleagues, team mates, etc.

The same Audio Message will be sent to all recipients (non-personal), so choose as many recipients as you desire. The cost to send one Freebie Email and Audio Message to any address* is FREE. *Email, Facebook, Twitter etc.

Scheduled Delivery:

With the exception of “The Freebie” and the Eulogy messages, farewell messages have the option of either being sent immediately following confirmation that you have passed, or can be sent on a delayed delivery basis with dates that you have chosen. The scheduled delivery can be spread over many years after you have passed. This could be for example at Christmas, or on a loved-ones Birthday, a coming of age Birthday or on a special occasion such as a wedding anniversary and can be sent many years after your time of passing. In fact, there is no end to the list of occasions that a delayed message can be received. Just imagine receiving a message some years after you have passed away – a message that nobody has ever read before apart from you, the author to our knowledge, this feature is unique to SwonSong and will revolutionize the way messages can be sent in the future.

Secure & Private

SwonSong operates a policy that all farewell messages, due to their very emotional nature are strictly private. We will not share your private messages with anyone, nor will we make them public, except in the case of a user selecting the preference to upload a personal farewell message for public display. Typically this service would be used by someone that is famous or a very well-known person in the entertainment industry. SwonSong treats all messages as confidential, the persons receiving the messages are invited to sign-up (free) to SwonSong in order to ensure they are directed to the intended persons and not posted to and viewed by a 3rd party.
