The group’s sound merges tradition with the grit of the outskirts of Paris, which emphasizes jazzy spins on classics such as Piaf’s “Milord.” Live sets include improvisational sessions that will treat guests to a more contemporary representation of the Parisian music scene. While enjoying the performances, guests are welcome to a full dinner with selections from Executive Chef Ignacio Lopez including specials such as steak frites, steamed mussels, moules frites, pâté, oysters and more, The specials will be served alongside Beat favorites such as Duck Liver Pâté with spice pear chutney and toasted French baguette ($11.50), Grilled Swordfishwith white bean puree, lemon, oregano, capers and olives ($27), the Earth Bowl with a choice of protein, 5-grain pilaf, chickpea tomato stew, roasted vegetables, rainbow carrots, turnips, pumpkin, broccoli, tahini & more ($22-28), and Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs with whipped potatoes, grilled broccolini and red wine jus ($28).
