Attorney Gary A. Forster Featured Speaker at the 34th Annual Accounting Conference Held at UCF

ORLANDO, Fla. - May 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Gary A. Dixon School of Accounting.  The seminar took place on Wednesday, May 6, through Friday, May 8, 2015.

“It was an honor addressing such an esteemed group of financial professionals,” said Forster.  “My goal was to provide CPAs with insight into the planning strategies available to protect wealth from creditors.  Successful asset protection depends on effective planning and proper implementation before facing creditor claims.”

Mr. Forster’s presentation, "The Essentials of Asset Protection: What Every CPA Needs to Know," focused on protective entities like partnerships, LLC’s and trusts; tenants by entirety; exempt assets and the Fraudulent Transfers Act, which defines the parameters of asset protection.

Attorney Gary A.
