Expansion for Belvoir Swansea and Belvoir Bedford

May 14, 2015 - PRLog -- The Belvoir network continues to expand nationwide, with Belvoir Swansea and Belvoir Bedford opening second offices.

Ben and Daisy Davies, who launched their highly successful Belvoir Swansea office five years ago recently realised a long-term goal to open a second office in the affluent village of Mumbles.

“When we first launched Belvoir Swansea we always had it in the back of our minds to one day open a second office in Mumbles, and we are absolutely delighted,” explains Daisy. “About a third of our business has always been in this area, which includes the Gower peninsula, and is an affluent location incorporating many high-end properties.

“The new office looks great and we have received lots of positive feedback from both landlords and tenants about being in the area, as it offers a place to meet locally for our SA3 clients. We are now looking to expand our portfolio of properties in the area.”

At present Daisy is working at the Mumbles office, but in the near future Lettings Manager Emma Penhallurick will be relocating from Swansea. It is anticipated that a further one to two members of staff will be recruited before the end of the year.

Over at Belvoir Bedford, owner Zoe Bywater, who has been in business for 13 years, has completed an office rebrand, taken on new, adjacent premises and been joined by husband Nigel as the couple expand into residential sales.

“It was always in our plans for my husband Nigel to come on board, but once we decided to expand into estate agency it seemed the perfect time for him to give up his job, undertake the necessary training and join Belvoir Bedford full time to manage this side of the business,” explains Zoe.

“The new office is adjacent to the lettings office and following the recent rebranding it looks great. Our clients and staff love it, and it’s so eye-catching that we’ve even noticed a couple of our competitors taking photographs!

“At present we are working hard on a new marketing campaign, so that the people of Bedford realise we have introduced residential sales to the business. This is a very exciting time for Belvoir Bedford and Nigel and I are really looking forward to the future.”
