(MAY 14th 2015) – In support of the world's biggest band, One Direction, the No Control Project, announces the latest release off One Direction's fourth studio album, FOUR. This unofficial release of the track NO CONTROL, is spearheaded by the No Control Project in conjunction with the worldwide One Direction fanbase. No Control is a fan favorite off the widely successful album with its upbeat tempo and clever lyrics. The song is a critics' favorite as well. Rolling Stone's Rob Sheffield named it one of the top 25 songs of 2014.

The No Control Project aims to give the song, and the band, proper credit by declaring May 17th, 2015 (x-apple-data-detectors://4) the unofficial release date of No Control as the next single and No Control Day.

Louis Tomlinson recognized the global project on Twitter Tuesday tweeting

"This is soooo incredible guys ! Another example of how good you are to us !!" after No Control made its way to number one on Billboards Trending 140.

One Direction is no stranger to being number one, with nearly 100 number ones and over 46 million records sold, in just four short years. One Direction has gone from X-factor hopefuls to global superstars. The bands 2014 World Tour, Where We Are, outsold any other tour with $290 million in ticket sales. The four remaining members are Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, and Liam Payne, who are currently writing their next studio album and preparing for the next leg of their On The Road Again tour.

FOUR was released globally on Nov. 17, 2014 via Syco/Columbia Records. No Control marks the band's third single off the album, following Steal My Girl and Night Changes. This will be the first fan-run single release.

An unofficial No Control video release is slated for early June, 2015 (x-apple-data-detectors://7) from the fans and the No Control Project as well.
