RE/MAX DFW Associates Greg Yeater Recieves 2014 Customer Service Award

COPPELL, Texas - May 15, 2015 - PRLog -- As the recipient of this award, Mr.Yeater was recognized as a sales associate that received some of the highest accolades for the service he rendered to his clients during the course of 2014.

“Our buyers and sellers receive a questionnaire from our staff after each transaction is completed, asking them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate,” notes Mark Wolfe, president of RE/MAX DFW Associates.  “Especially important is agent promptness, knowledge and courtesy throughout the transaction.  Additionally, the integrity of the agent is equally essential.  Although the national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, our firm continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned questionnaires, almost always indicating strong satisfaction with the agent.  As would be expected from Greg due to his strong commitment to his clients, based on the returned questionnaires on his behalf, he gave exemplary service during the year.”

Originally from Michigan City, Indiana, Greg is a graduate of Indiana State University with a BS in Telecommunications. He has lived in the Dallas area for over 33 years. He and his wife Denise reside in Highland Village and have two daughters, Jessica and Kelsey.
