Award -Winning Home Cook Announces New Cookbook and Promotional Events

May 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Myrtle Beach, SC—May 13, 2015—Award Winning home cook Alice (Ally) D'Antoni Phillips is pleased to announce the release of her new cookbook, Ally’s Kitchen~ A Passport for Adventurous Palates. The book, an Amazon ‘Hot New Release’,  is now available at Barnes & Noble (online and in stores) and at Amazon.com.

“I was inspired to write this cookbook after decades of travel from around the world, “ said Phillips. “No matter where I have been from Israel to Italy, I have realized that food connects us all as one people. “

The cookbook, which is currently touted in the Amazon’s Top 100 International Cookbooks, contains 120 recipes using ingredients that are easily accessible to most all home cooks. The chapters are divided up into regions of the globe, i.e., Middle Eastern, Asian, European and Mediterranean.  There’s a bonus chapter dedicated to spice mixtures, like harissa and ras el hanout, and sauces. Within many of the recipes are stories about Phillips’ inspiration for some of the dishes ignited by her nomadic travels. The publisher is Cedar Fort Publishing.

A blog tour during May has begun and runs through May 28th.
