They are using false judgments with treasury dept offset , collections as a vehicle to eminent domain all of our property and hold us in involuntary servitude  like Stalin, Hitler and others.

Imperato has notified the commission of his intention to file suit against all parties concerned .

Imperato says well he’s going to fight to the end ,the case now is presented to the supreme court certiorari based on the fundamental rights of a us citizen under the constitution of the united states innocent until proven guilty by a jury of peers.

Imperato says any other judgments are repugnant and void as a matter on the supreme laws of the land and until the sec. comes to Jesus and appears in front of a trial by jury of peers ,they are treasonist all the from Timothy s Mccocle esq perjurer and the regional office of Dallas Texas along with Washington dc  BULL DOG preying on innocent people to build up false judgments amounts that could and will never be collected so that the congress can llok good with the treasury concerning claims won and monies owed buy people who may be innocent or will never be able to pay the exorbitant fines of the sec. with out evidentiary hearings on a court ,discovery or a trail by jury of peers.

They say so ,the court affirms and the complacency  our court is

OUT OF ORDER so desperate that they will affirm any thing the government puts in front of the court because they have over booked dockets and clear them based on the government say so .the court are in violation of the judiciary acts of 1789 and the procedural rules of the court as well as the sec. Administration proceedings in a kangaroo court like proceedings bias ,prejudice and unlawful.

We the financial world  under the sec. guidance and control need to stand up as the citizens against these intruders and invaders of our biblical constitutional rights . Wall street banker steal billions and they never get wells report or judgments they get off the hook why? But BULL DOG hold me liable for something I did not do and denies me a trail by jury of peers ordered by the Judge in the court . Any normal jury might rule in my favor.

The fact is imperiali incs projects, board ,filing  and subsidiaries are real and the private placements were blue skied and exempt from registration by sec. rule as. But remember they don’t even obey their own internal control or their own rules as in Sarbanes oxly ,they sued ex -facto laws in dobb -frank to usurp the statutes of limitations with no regards what so ever,

That the law ,  as matter of my constitutional rights and the supreme laws of the land that the sec. has blatantly disregarded in this case and probably many others .stand up and yell ,scream and demand accountability from the toleration government agencies whom are just out of control ,out of order and  outlaws themselves concerning their oaths of office..

The supreme court Justices must demand lower court to respect and uphold the oath or be held for treason.
