ICF Heartland Celebrates International Coaching Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - May 12, 2015 - PRLog -- International Coach Federation (ICF) Heartland Chapter President, Lyne Tumlinson announced today that ICF Heartland will be hosting their annual International Coaching Week event on May 21st at Avila University. Each year ICF invites individuals and organizations from around the world during International Coaching Week which is set to take place this year May 18-24. ICF Heartland, serving Kansas and Missouri, will celebrate ICW 2015 with a day of coaching activities to help you “Experience Coaching.”

Coaching activities will be ongoing at the Whitfield Center at Avila University from 9 am to 6:30 pm. Activities will include a panel discussion covering 6 coaching disciplines, opportunities for attendees to experience coaching in individual laser coaching sessions, a presentation about using assessments within organizations and a discussion on the return on investment of coaching. In addition, there will also be two featured presenters, Sara Smith, MCC, CPCC who will present “The Bigger Game” and Marilyn O’Hearne, MSW, MCC who will present How to Step Into Your Power as a Leader with Your Clients, Company and Community.“  Attendees for these two featured presentations will receive continuing education units and materials.  Registration is only required for the featured presentations.
