Public Safety Job Fair & Career Day Coming to the Inland Empire

MORENO VALLEY, Calif. - May 12, 2015 - PRLog -- In light of the current racial climate in the United States, diversity in Public Safety positions such as the Police Officers, Deputy Sheriffs, Federal Agents, Corrections Officers, Firefigheters, EMT and EMS professionals, is needed.

In response to this, Southern California Black Business Expo is presenting this Job Fair & Career Day to provide individual point of contact with representatives of the various agencies above for direct recruiter questions and answers, to assist in application procedures and discuss career opportunities.

"We must be proactive in exploring these fields as career choices if we want to ensure our representation in a fair and just manner," says Jerry Green, Marketing Manager of SCBBE (Southern California Black Business Expo).

Partnering in this event is SPMG Media, a California-based PR & Marketing firm specializing in event, entertainment and small to home-based businesses public relations and marketing.

Representatives from federal, state, county and local public safety agencies will be on hand to answer questions and promote careers in their respective organizations.

The event will take place at Holiday Inn Express, located at 24630 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, CA 92553, on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, from 10:00am - 2:00pm.
