Century 21 Affiliated Assists In Sale Of $60m Multi-Family Complex

CHICAGO - May 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Century 21 Affiliated affected the transaction of the Class A Bella Apartment Homes located in Kissimmee, Florida. The closing occurred in late February.

Bella Apartment Homes is located on the Westside of Disney World Orlando and contains 432 apartment units, ranging from 738 square feet to 1,241 square feet each. The complex also offers a host of modern amenities, including an 8,400 square foot clubhouse, business and tech space, a dog park, pool and fitness center. Building began on the complex in 2009 and was completed in 2010.

Century 21 Affiliated, a full-service agency with over 1200 sales associates working out of 58 offices across the Midwest, leveraged its vast network of advisors and brokers to bring the deal to fruition. Century 21 Affiliated’s associate Martin Murray consulted with Jules Marling of Investors Realty and cooperating brokers Barry Winer of Capital Access, Inc. to close the deal.
