This is commission based position that has limitless potential for the right candidate.
Must have confidence and great follow up skills in order to be successful in this role.

>Conduct live one-on-one coaching sessions, VIP day sessions only (training provided)
>Conduct cold calls with prospects (50% leads provided)
>Must be someone who can follow up consistently
>Must be comfortable closing high ticket sales of consulting programs/personal onsite days over $10,000 ++ per prospect
>Deliver a professional and motivational welcome to the program, properly explaining our program, and addressing client’s questions throughout their decision making process
>Partner with clients to create goals and develop action plans to achieve them while holding them accountable to their commitments, while encouraging and motivating them towards their goals
>Track critical production numbers that support the clients growth

The successful candidate must have a strong desire and capacity to learn, teach and lead.
