Two recently filed lawsuits against Public Motors allege that the dealer has a practice of failing to sell used cars for their advertised prices.
The two lawsuits were both filed in California's Orange County Superior Court. The first was filed on April 3, 2015 and is titled Houston v. Juno Equipment Rentals, Inc., et al. (Case No. 30-2015-00780786) California's Orange County Superior Court has not yet ruled on whether the allegations in the two lawsuits are true, and Public Motors had denied liability and asserted it has done nothing illegal. The Vachon Law Firm has also announced that it is now attempting to locate other Public Motors customers who may have information relevant to the two lawsuits, and is asking former Public Motors customers to contact the Vachon Law Firm at its San Diego, California office.
