3) Losing Your Account - Spending hundreds to thousands of dollars to find, broker, or create products to sell on Amazon FBA only to lose your account has many wise sellers looking for other alternatives (or at least additional ones).

4) Amazon will compete with you! - After putting in many hours finding a successful product to sell on Amazon don't be surprised to discover that Amazon will start to sell the product. All you can do is sit by and watch your sales plummet.

5) You pay $500/yr ($480) for your membership. Even if more stuff is stuck in their warehouses not selling you still pay $500/yr to sell on Amazon FBA as a Professional Merchant. (The fees to sell without paying the membership almost make it the only option).

BTW- Remember I mentioned that there are 2 million 3rd part sellers on Amazon? When you run a calculator over the numbers they look like this:

Remember, Amazon earns this money BEFORE anyone buys a single item or downloads a song, movie, or anthing else!
