All three girls are Henderson, Ky. residents. “Our association is a huge proponent of keeping kids safe, especially while riding their bicycles,” said TPA’s Chief Administrative Officer Albert M. Shoemaker, Jr. “We host these rodeos throughout the country to ensure their safety while promoting healthy exercise.” Founded in 1890, TPA’s national headquarters is located at 2041 Exchange Dr. in St. Charles, Mo. The association is licensed in 29 states and has over 26,000 members, which includes more than 17,000 members who have been a part of the organization for more than 25 years. TPA offers fraternalism to its members, as well as participates in safety projects and community service.
