POWDER SPRINGS, Ga. - May 5, 2015 - PRLog -- When Virgil and Kay Harres decided five years ago that they wanted to downsize from their 3,000 square foot traditional-style home to a single-level home, they knew they needed to find one near their family that offered a low-maintenance lifestyle so they could have time to travel to their vacation home in Florida and easily visit their children and grandchildren.

“I didn’t want to have to rely on help cleaning or cutting the grass, or live in something attached and noisy,” Kay said. “We also needed a situation where we could comfortably lock up and leave for six months at a time. We travel a lot and spend time at our other place in Florida and wanted something low-maintenance with a community of people that look out for one another.”

“We learned about Windsong’s community in Dallas and really loved the house plans with private courtyards, the open layouts and that lawn care was included,” Virgil said. “That location wasn’t a good fit for us because we are active in our church and with our children and grandchildren and wanted to stay close.”

The Harres are happy that they now live in a maintenance-free community near their family Where Life’s a Breeze.
