OrecX Announces SIPREC Recording for CSPs and Compliance with Metaswitch Version V9.0.10

CHICAGO - May 4, 2015 - PRLog -- OrecX, offering the most affordable and easy to install, maintain and use call recording software for communication service providers (CSPs) and call centers, today announced enhanced support for SIPREC Recording, based on the Internet Engineering Task Force's (IETF) Internet draft of the standardized Session Recording Protocol.  Working closely with Metaswitch Networks on the latest Release V9.0.10 of its VoIP platform, the two companies now enable CSPs to more easily deploy call recording, with fewer resources and less cost.

OrecX customers can now capture customer interactions using a variety of recording methods – including SIPREC, CALEA and Port Mirroring.  The addition of SIPREC recording offers ITSPs easier call recording system deployment, concurrent call capture, and auto-provisioning of customer interaction data.
