Employee Solutions Names Safety Director

The company created the new position in order to assure proper oversight of all the safety and health programs aimed at Employee Solutions itself and the workforce that serves its many clients, primarily in light industrial and distribution operations.

Before that he worked for nine years as an environmental, health, and safety director and operations manager with a large local stone products company. He has extensive experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Management.

Marcano is a graduate of the University of North Texas and is a certified Associate Safety Professional.
