Our veterans and the troops in harms way fighting for our rights as they are having their rights taken away at home, while defending our nation in front of the world when our leadership and our politicians are killing the Biblical Constitution and our soldiers, and veterans fought for theses very rights.

We American’s must defend our rights and support our military and our freedom. And the military must be rewarded properly with support and care, as well as financial care.

The soldiers need to seethe nation protect our liberties or for what are they on the front lines for. This is causing the worst dissention for our troops.

Please vote the Bible and the Constitution. Return the Bible books to schools along with the Constitution of the United States.

Our children are being denied their rights to equal access to freedom and education.

Our Liberties and Constitutional rights are being stripped away by a very devious zig zag of Judicial Tyranny and citizen complacence not  adhering too or understanding The Founding Fathers Constitutional Laws.

The Judiciary Committees must put forth criminal charges to the department of justice for Judicial Tyranny, as well as legal consul tyranny violating, usurping and perjuring them selves under the sworn oaths of office with no regards for the Constitution and no regards for the Laws of the Land.

This is why only 1 percent of cases submitted to Supreme Court are reviewed because the Supreme Court is so busy with cases filed that should have been review and decided under the Constitutional Laws of the Land. Instead the lower Courts and the consular’s have no understanding of the interpretation of the Constitution and usurp the very most fundamental rights we have as citizens of theses United States.

The Circuit Courts, both State and Federal in most cases don’t rule on Constitutional matters, they leave it for the Appellate Courts whom then again don’t rule on the merits of Constitutional Law but on case laws manufactured by errors, oversight, mistakes and in some cases purposely argued and ruled on to continue to erode our Constitutional rights.

Please America, nothing else matters so much to us all, except to protect our rights under the Constitutional Law.

With out those rights we are no longer America and no longer free. We are under the Tyranny of Government group workers paid by the tax payers so they can take away our legal rights.

Just think, I myself have demanded a Trail by Jury against the Securities and Exchange Tyranny of chair women M. J. White and instead of giving me my right they spending millions of dollars fighting me all the way to Supreme Court, just only because I want a Trail by Jury of Peers and due process. And to date not one judge in any Court all the way up to Verrilli Esq. the Solicitor General has acknowledge my Constitutional rights violations and awarded me a Trail by Jury, not one Judge from Southern District Court in Florida to Eleventh Circuit Appeals in Atlanta, to Supreme Court Justices of which all the sitting active judges in these Court have read my Certiorari demand for one thing - a Trial by Jury.

Not one judge yet has defended their sworn oath of office  not one.

They are all treasonous and complacent, as well as should all be held criminally in the front of the Grand Jury and should be removed from the benches.

The lawyers for the Securities Exchange Commission, over 20 of them and the Commission its self have all knowing and willfully violated my Constitutional rights, and all have usurped and ignore their sworn oath of office as public servants and shall be held accountable by Grand Jury and barred.

Instead they bar me for claims that are so false and erroneous, as well as moot as plain as day that they refuse to face me in a Court room, but yet instead of admitting their error which was and is being addressed by SEC. Warren, the United StatesChamber of Commerce, Judicial Watch, the Office of Investigative General of the Commission, whom all have sited the same claims I have, but yet the Commissioner and M. J. WHITE the Tyrant

continue to fight me just because the Securities Exchange Commission Unconstitutional Administrative Judges and the appointed Commission whom have a kangaroo Court, so called Court proceeding in concert with the totalitarian lawyers government agents that get favor and prejudice against people like me, in the front of the Court’s by complacent Judges allowing our Constitutional right to be done away with.

This is a disgrace.
