This show will re-air on May 7, 2015.

Heidi Williams from Apartments.com will join the show to open the discussion on the two main advantages of renting, including the financial component and the flexibility it offers. She’ll inform viewers on how Apartments.com is addressing renters’ challenges and concerns with their comprehensive digital solutions available on any device.

Apartments.com’s 1,000 researchers research and verify properties on the site, including visiting properties, gathering detailed  information on rents and fees, parking, pet policies and dates when units are available, and taking high quality photos and video of properties and surrounding neighborhoods to provide renters with the most up-to-date and accurate information.

Williams will demo innovative features of the recently redesigned website and mobile app such as the Polygon™ search tool where renters can draw their desired neighborhood boundaries, and the “Plan Commute” function which allows searching based on  preferred commute time and method. Viewers will also hear of new things coming to Apartments.com and renters in the near future to assist them in their search for a new rental home.
