Hansen Technologies names City of Mesa, Arizona as 1st partner for new version of Banner CIS

MELBOURNE, Australia - April 29, 2015 - PRLog -- Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN) today announced that the City of Mesa, AZ will spearhead its Customer Advisory Program for Banner V5 – a significant upgrade of the well-known Banner CIS product line that was acquired by Hansen in May 2014. As an early adopter, the City of Mesa will work with Hansen product development teams in Atlanta and Melbourne to finalize the first version of the new series, which is due for release later this year.

The concept of Banner V5 is to eliminate the restrictions imposed by aging technologies, particularly in respect of the user experience. Responsive and adaptive design frameworks eliminate device and browser dependencies, allowing optimal use of screen real-estate for all Customer Service staff. The use of metadata driven customization reduces the costs of implementation and maintenance. And the inclusion of a well packaged self-service portal presents consumers with a viable alternative to picking up the phone.
