PACIFIC GROVE, Calif. - April 28, 2015 - PRLog -- PACIFIC GROVE, CA– Fandango Restaurant are offering a Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 10th from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.  (The Fandango traditional Sunday Brunch menu is not available, only the prix fixed brunch menu. Regular dinner service is available from 5:00 p.m. – closing.)

Mother’s Day Brunch Menu Includes:

Starter:

·         Caesar Salad

Main Course:

·         Filet Mignon Café de Paris butter, scallop potatoes, asparagus

·         Large Prawn Scampi Style Sautéed over Spaghetti, Lemon butter, white wine

·         Leg of Lamb Provencal Pinot Noir demi-glace sauce, scallop potatoes, asparagus

·         Grilled Fresh Salmon Café de Paris butter, scallop potatoes, asparagus

·         Honey Glazed Baked Ham Hawaiian Sauce

·         Eggs Benedict Florentine Traditional poached eggs over spinach served on English muffin, Hollandaise sauce, potatoes, vegetables

·         Basque Salad Baby Spinach tossed with fresh orange sections, blue cheese & walnuts

Dessert:

·         Very Berry Shortcake French vanilla ice cream, berries, shortcake, toasted almonds, raspberry sauce & whipped cream
