DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - April 30, 2015 - PRLog -- Brandon Hall Group today made several new studies and features available on DataNow™,  the analyst firm’s exclusive platform that gives users direct access to proprietary, primary research data.

Newly completed studies on Succession Management and Human Capital Management Technology Trends are now available. Data on high-consequence industries are now available for 2014-15 studies in the practice areas of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management and Leadership Development.

“This new data adds substantial value to DataNow™,” said Brandon Hall Group CEO Mike Cooke, “and represent the first of many new studies and upgrades you will see in the coming months. Our users have unfettered access to primary research more quickly than ever before and can export data for their specific needs.”

High-Consequence Industries (HCI) is the first of several market segments that will be featured on DataNow™. High-consequence industries are businesses where accidents or failures can be catastrophic, including causing loss of life in the aviation, healthcare, or life sciences industries; disruption to society or the environment in the case of the energy, transportation, financial services, or government sectors; and risks or threats to consumer safety in the healthcare, food processing, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. Subscribers to DataNow can access HCI data as a separate study or can access from within the full results of a study.

Also released are new 2015 studies on Succession Management and HCM Technology trends.

Brandon Hall Group's 2015 State of Succession Management survey shows that 84% of organizations still suffer from a critical shortage of leaders who are ready to assume critical roles. Study highlights include:

·      35% of organizations do not yet have a formal succession management strategy

·      28% of organizations have one ready successor for less than 10% of critical roles

·      Only 5% of organizations have fully automated their succession management

The survey closed in the first quarter of 2015 and garnered responses from 29 industries and companies of all sizes in more than 30 countries.

Brandon Hall Group's 2015 HCM Technology Trends study looked at a wide range of solutions, from talent acquisition and onboarding, through succession management, workforce management and payroll. The study found that organizations are increasingly focused on using automation to make them more effective by delivering better reporting and analytics and empowering employees and managers with information.

The results are based on responses from professionals who work in human capital management and/or HCM technology. Respondents represent 35 industries in North America and 47 other countries.

All results from these studies can be accessed directly by users with a Brandon Hall Group Ultimate Membership and can be filtered for their needs and exported for presentations. DataNow™ includes the following features:

·      Access to Brandon Hall Group's proprietary and primary research data.

·      Timely, relevant HCM data, filtered by market size, geography and organizational performance.
