According to the rapper, "Wavey" is a state of euphoria — coming from the joy of being successful and independent. "The people in the streets always found ways to provide for themselves, on their own, with nothing given to them." The Connecticut native continues, "The 'Piff' smoke helped us get through those times, so we are all wavey."

Shot in New York, NY, his new single pays homage to the "birthplace of hiphop." [MISTA]. He felt as though it was only right to shoot his new project in the city because of the vibrant culture. "WAVEY" was shot by Lamar Mcpherson of Mvisions, who has done work with Waka Flocka, Gucci Mane, Freechie, Fabolous, among other high profile artists.
