Follow on Google News | I Can Do It: Independence and Responsibility at Home from Toddler to TeenJoin Montessori teachers Judy Conroy and Grail Kearney as they discuss how to prepare your home environment to foster independence and responsibility. At the Oliver Wolcott Library on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 2:00- 3:00 p.m.
Grail Kearney received her Elementary Montessori training from Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) in Bergamo, Italy in 1989. She has taught both Lower and Upper Elementary levels at a number of Connecticut Montessori schools, and currently teaches at Litchfield Montessori School. Judy Conroy has been a member of the Litchfield Montessori School community for the last eight years teaching primarily in the Children’s House, where she is also Co-Directress, and in the Toddler and Aftercare environments. Twice a year, she also hosts presentations to ECE students at Naugatuck Valley Community College. All Oliver Wolcott Library events are free and open to the public. Space is limited.
