David Alfin Earns President's Award with $3,000,000 in Sales

PALM COAST, Fla. - April 28, 2015 - PRLog -- David I. Alfin, a leading sales associate with Watson Realty Corp., has recently been honored with the Presidents Award for the north central region of Florida by Watson for closing over $3,000,000 sales in 2014.

“I feel honored and humbled to have earned the President’s award,” stated David Alfin. “I truly enjoy serving our community and providing exceptional performance to all of my buyers and sellers,” he added.

David is currently enrolled in Florida Realtors® Eighth Annual Leadership Academy. He was interviewed and the selection committee chosejust 16 participants for 2015. The Leadership Academy was established in 2007 to identify emerging Realtor® leaders ready to get involved, make a difference and enhance their leadership skills. The goal of the Academy is to empower its participants to develop the skills needed to lead a committee, a Realtor® association or a community activity. Members of the Leadership Academy will participate in classroom activities, group and independent study sessions, team-building and goal-setting exercises, leadership techniques and communication skills enhancement. In addition, they will collectively work on their class project designed to promote greater awareness of the need for organ donation.

David has been a licensed real estate agent since 2008. He relocated to Florida in 2012, and after activating his real estate license, became heavily involved in his neighborhood committees as well as joining several boards and non-profits.  His graduation from the Flagler County Chamber Leadership Program furthered the depth of his knowledge of Flagler County as well as the businesses and organizations thriving within.
