lou lou will open a new boutique in Market Common in Clarendon, VA. This 1,000 sq ft location was formerly occupied by Crumbs Bakery and is located on Clarendon Boulevard. In July, lou lou will expand to mid-town Philadelphia, PA occupying a 1600 sq. ft. space. Located in the heart of new inner city development, this location will be the first one in the greater Philadelphia area. Lastly, a new boutique will be opened in the new retail development Ponce City Market (PCM), GA. PCM is located in the historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building in mid-town Atlanta. lou lou specializes in women’s accessories that follow current fashion trends in a range of colors and styles, offering a personalized shopping experience to its customer. Co-owner and buyer Tara Wegdam says “The idea withlou lou is to give every budget an accessory to complement the customers’ personal style, and an outlet to experiment with fashion trends.” lou lou opened its first store in Middleburg, VA in 2004. Since then, the specialty retailer has brought its niche for accessories to 21 locations across the East coast.
