Dedicated to sparking a positive morale to mark the end of April, Managing Director Nick Bell says the day will help colleagues to embrace an optimistic outlook of their career.

“The loyalty that dogs provide and the general happiness that people get out of them is something we feel can contribute to a healthy, productive atmosphere at work,” says Bell.

“The general fast-paced environment that we work in means introducing social events like this can help break up the daily grind a bit.”

With recent research from Better Health indicating that interacting with a dog multiple times a week have significant health benefits, including decreased stress and blood pressure, WME is approaching this Wednesday with all tails wagging.

“It’s a good way to get colleagues to connect when they usually wouldn’t. It’s also a good move towards encouraging potential dog owners to go out and adopt.”

To put the cherry on top, WME will donate $1000 to The Lost Dogs’ Home to help rehome pets in need.

“There’s so many reasons to love what dogs offer us as part of our families. We’re looking forward to sharing this as a team.”
