Homes For Sale in Monmouth County Impacted By Contamination From Former Dry Cleaners in Wall, N.J

WALL, N.J. - April 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Ground water contamination has been found in homes located in Sea Girt, Wall and Manasquan as a result of contamination from the former  " White Swan " dry cleaners. The ground water contamination plume extends from Sea Girt avenue and Route 35  in a eastward direction toward the Atlantic Ocean. The contaminants are chlorinated solvents such as tetrachloroethene ( PCE) Tricloroethene(TCE) and dichloroethene. Approximately 32 structures located  within the plume had vapor instrusion levels for these compounds exceeding the NJDEP Vapor Intrusion Standards requiring installtion of indoor air ventaltion systems.
