Macular Degeneration: Vision Matters!

SAN JOSE, Calif. - April 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Macular Degeneration Awareness Program Series Vision Matters!

The Macular Degeneration Association will be hosting a series of awareness programs throughout the United States to share information and provide macular, diabetic and glaucoma patients an opportunity to learn about the latest information surrounding treatments and drugs for age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. There will also be a forum where patients and caregivers can exchange their questions and concerns with experts in the field of these eye diseases, as well as other patients.

Programs are currently scheduled for the following cities; San Jose, CA –May 9^th, Phoenix, AZ- June 13^th, Hauppauge, NY- June 27^th, Chesterfield, MO- July 11^th, Columbus, OH – August 1st,Elk Grove, IL-September 12^th, Port Charlotte, FL- September 26^th,Philidelphia, PA –October 10^th, Baltimore, MD – October 17^th, Nashville, TN-November 7^th, The Villages, FL- November 14^th.

These programs will feature general session presentations and a question and answer session will then follow at the end of the talks for full interaction between the speakers and participants.
