West Palm Beach, FL -- Attorneys, Scott C. Murray and Jason J. Guari are celebrating their law firms 10-year anniversary.  Since founding the firm in 2005, Mr. Murray & Mr. Guari have been helping clients when they need it most, and they are proud of the work they have done to educate, empower, advocate and help clients seek justice against powerful insurance companies.

The firm, headquartered in West Palm Beach, limits its practice to personal injury and wrongful death matters, including car accidents, dangerous premises, faulty products, and pharmacy errors.

Mr. Murray and Mr. Guari have 42 years combined legal experience.  In the last ten years, the firm has obtained more than $70,000,000.00 in verdicts and settlements.

Both Mr. Murray and Mr. Guari are very active in numerous local non profit organizations sponsor and support numerous events and programs in the community.

About Scott C. Murray:
A native of Palm Beach County with four children, Scott graduated from Cardinal Newman High School in 1984; earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 1988; and earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 1992. He also studied law at the University of Leiden in The Netherlands in 1990.

Since beginning his law career in 1992, Scott has been actively involved in the leadership of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, first rising through the ranks of the Young Lawyers’ Division and as a long standing member of the Board of Directors for the Association. He also devotes his time to the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach as a member of its Board of Directors. He is also a member of The Florida Bar, American Association for Justice, and Florida Justice. Scott is also a volunteer instructor for the Justice Teaching program, created by the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court, which is designed to bring civics to middle school students.

About Jason J. Guari:
Jason earned his law degree from Western Michigan University’s Cooley Law School in 1995 and his B.S./B.A. degree from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey in 1991.

Jason is an active member of the Florida Bar and is a Fellow Pledge member of The Florida Bar Foundation. He is a past Board of Directors member and current Eagle Member of the Florida Justice Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, and is a former Director of the Board of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. His community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – Palm Beach Area Chapter. He is on the Finance Committee of the Rosarian Academy and coaches youth soccer for the City of West Palm Beach. Jason is also a volunteer instructor for the Justice Teaching program, created by the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court, which is designed to bring civics to middle school students.  Jason was also featured in Palm Beach Illustrated magazine's article entitled GEN NEXT, which highlighted the future leaders of Palm Beach County who contribute their time and resources to local charities.
