WHAT: Salvatore's Restaurant, the upscale casual Italian restaurant with five locations in the Greater Boston area, is unveiling a new spring menu featuring fresh, seasonal appetizers, salads, pastas, and flatbreads, along with crowd favorites.

Diners will enjoy appetizers including the Grilled Shrimp “Cocktail” with Old Bay seasoning, spicy cocktail sauce, lemon aioli, and charred lemon ($13) and The Mushroom, Corn, and Bacon flatbread with grilled corn, roasted mushrooms, bacon, garlic butter, mozzarella, and ranch ($10). For a lighter option, the Watermelon and Feta salad with watermelon, feta, baby arugula, red onion, basil, and a red wine vinaigrette ($9).

Pasta-lovers rejoice! Salvatore’s new menu offers Ravioli Apulia with cheese ravioli, grape tomato, corn, baby arugula, pancetta, parmigiano sauce, and chili flakes ($21). Old favorites on the menu include traditional veal, beef, pork Pappardelle Bolognese with tomato, cream and parmigiano ($20) and Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli with vodka cream sauce, arugula and tomato ($25).
