Follow on Google News | Largest Los Angeles Adult Language School Announces New Term Starting May 4Time is running out for new students to sign up for adult night classes in Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and 25 other languages. The Beverly Hills Lingual Institute has posted the new class schedule for the Spring II term.
1. To hone your existing language skill - If you are already reasonably versed or even fluent in a second language, you may find your skills slipping if not used. Moreover, whatever your skill level, there is always room for improvement. BH Lingual offers classes for every level of student, from beginners to the most advanced. 2. To have a great fun evening out each week. Here is the bonus. Participating on our small intimate classes commonly results in lifetime friendships. We have students who enjoy being here so much that they have been coming for over a decade. 3. To make foreign travel more fun and interesting - Can you travel the world without ever learning another language? Absolutely. But imagine for a minute how the experience will change if you are able to use your basic skills learned at BH Lingual and now immerse yourself in the culture and language of another country. Every aspect of that culture will be more alive. 4. To better communicate with a family member - In the melting pot called Los Angeles, the odds are that some member of our family is not fully fluent in English. Show you care by investing in your loved one’s native language. 5. To expand your mind - Studies show that language is a major aspect of your IQ. Common sense tells you that knowing other languages will also increase your EQ. Many of our students are now learning their second or third language with us, understanding that stimulating the gray matter is going to help them stay young and vibrant. Beverly Hills Lingual Institute offers over 25 languages each term, and each language is generally available at many levels of competence. New students are given a short skill test to help place them in the correct class. Classes are kept small to facilitate the best learning environment with a maximum of 10 students for each class. Teachers are almost always native speakers and are college caliber instructors teaching from college level texts. The next term is starting on May 4. Prospective students are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible to be insured placement in the class of their choice. Each term is 8 weeks, with classes meeting once per week for 80 minutes. Most classes are just $245 per term. The school is conveniently located at the intersection of Wilshire Blvd and San Vicente, just a block off La Cienega. Classes offered include: Spanish, German, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, English, and many more.
