DALLAS - April 22, 2015 - PRLog -- Kady’s a planner, and she makes it cool.  She did her homework, and had her eye on a long-term plan to join a firm like Imaginuity. She added, “The portfolio of services and the Imaginuity approach to interactive strategy fit my skill set and interests.” For her, it simply clicked when she met the team. Originally from Traverse City, MI, she loves the options available in Dallas. All the options. While her degree is in graphic design, she felt drawn to the tactical side of the business and has been managing projects for firms in the Dallas area for the last 5 years. She knows her way around HTML and Photoshop, and it comes in handy. That background helps her gage the level of effort client requests might require, and helps her better plan creative and technical resources internally while setting realistic expectations and keeping both teams happy. From scope of work brainstorming to project delivery both on time and under budget, she brings credibility to the table.

She also values a long-term approach. A few years ago, they used to call her the contest queen, and its’ not because she’s a veteran of the pageant circuit. Rather, she ran multiple sweepstakes microsites concurrently, while managing realistic expectations and delivering a product that could be used for years to come. This period of time required all hands on deck and long hours to ensure things were buttoned up. According to Kady, “It may have been football season, but for me it was sweepstakes season. I learned to be fast, maintain composure under pressure and still protect my need to deliver with precision.  It’s like speed dating for websites: an interesting experience, but one that makes you appreciate the value of a long term approach.”  We’re glad she’s taken the long-term approach and followed her plan to join our team.
