Kelley Kronenberg Adds Six New Attorneys to Miami Office

MIAMI - April 21, 2015 - PRLog -- Kelley Kronenberg, a national, full-service law firm, anchors its expansion into the Miami market with a new office space in Brickell and the addition of a litigation group comprised of six attorneys who are new to the firm. The firm is leasing a temporary space on the 27th floor of the Sabadell Bank building located at 1111 Brickell Avenue. In June, firm’s permanent office will open on the 19th floor at 15,000 square feet in same building.

Jorge L. Cruz-Bustillo, who has taken the role of Managing Partner of the Miami office, focuses his practice on Insurance Defense Litigation and Complex Commercial and Construction Disputes. He represents numerous insurance carriers in Property and Casualty matters involving First and Third Party Claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cruz-Bustillo represented insurance companies, commercial businesses and individuals in a variety of complex commercial disputes. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and went on to earn his law degree from Stetson University.

Denisse M. Ibarra, Partner, focuses her practice on First Party and Third Party Insurance Defense, as well as Complex Commercial and Construction disputes. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University and went on to earn her law degree from Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Ibarra is fluent in Spanish.

Nicolle B. Brito, Attorney, focuses her practice on First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty and Complex Commercial Construction Disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brito worked as an attorney in commercial, contract, environmental and construction law, handling matters from inception through settlement. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University and went on to earn her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. Ms. Brito is fluent in Spanish.

Gretel Echarte Morales, Attorney, focuses her practice on First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty claims and Complex Commercial Construction Disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Morales worked as an associate attorney for a firm in Miami where she handled cases involving complex commercial litigation, medical malpractice, products liability and other personal injury matters. She received a law degree from the University of Barcelona, Spain and went on to earn a second law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. Ms. Morales is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian.

Nathaniel D. Tobin, Attorney, focuses his practice on First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty and Complex Commercial Construction Disputes. He received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Penn. and earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Rahysa C. Vargas, Attorney, focuses her practice on First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty and Complex Commercial Construction Disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vargas worked as an associate representing clients in the areas of Personal Injury, Mass Torts, Medical Malpractice claims, Workers’ Compensation claims and Longshore and Harbor Act based claims. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Miami and earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. Ms. Vargas is fluent in Spanish.
