Just Sold: 44 Units in Escondido for $6,600,000

SAN DIEGO - April 22, 2015 - PRLog -- ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 44 unit complex in Escondido. The 35,220 square foot property on 129K SF parcel, located at 1150 N Escondido Blvd, was purchased by Urban Housing Communities LLC for $6,600,000.

The seller, Steven and Cecilia King, were represented by Chris Siedenburg of ACI. Escrow was handled by Teresa McElaney of Chicago Title. Curtis Taplin of Fidelity National Title handled the title insurance.

This investment property is located just East of Centre City Parkway between Espana Glen Dr and W Lincoln Ave and was built in 1979. This pride of ownership complex consists of 44 2-bedroom 1-bath units. It is a garden style property including spacious floor plans, concrete driveways, lush landscaping, sparkling pool and patios or balconies in each unit.
