Hytrol Conveyor Company Employee Training Specialist Donna Taylor Committed to Employee Retention

April 22, 2015 - PRLog -- Donna Taylor is an employee training specialist, for Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc., manufacturer of advanced conveyor systems, controls, and solutions.  Taylor is committed to employee retention and recruitment by facilitating training scheduling, developing, and performing training, allowing other company managers to focus customer challenges and service excellence.

Taylor recently shared, “When developing training I look at the needs of employees and how they can become a better employee, improving the company. It excites me when a person figures out how something they are learning can be applied and makes their job easier. Watching the light bulb go off when someone gets it is awesome. Being able to apply the training to actual application is rewarding to me.”

Hytrol is well-known for employee retention with many employees celebrating more than a quarter-century with the conveyor firm based in Jonesboro, AR. Taylor added, “When I think of Hytrol, it has been in about half of my life. With my husband being an engineer here to teaching the first class of the Workforce Training Consortium, Hytrol people have been there. Hytrol is not really a building as much as it is people.” These sentiments are echoed by nearly all of the 800 employees.
