In 2015, the Las Vegas market saw a total of 10,885 homes sold, compared to last year with 6,041 homes sold, which is an 80 percent increase, based on information from Movoto Real Estate.  According to Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp, a survey found that staged homes spent half the time on the market than non-staged homes and sold for 6 percent above the asking price.
