Summit Building Services welcomes University of Maryland Extension and Halethorpe Armored Services

REISTERSTOWN, Md. - June 10, 2015 - PRLog -- University of Maryland Extension Service Cleaning and Maintenance
Summit Building Services, Inc. has been awarded a cleaning and maintenance agreement at the University of Maryland Extension Service Building. Located at the Agricultural Center in Westminster, Maryland (Carroll County), Summit will be providing daily cleaning and janitorial services. Services include but are not limited to: annual strip and waxing and carpet cleaning.

The contract started in May 2015 and extends for several years. Summit building Services, Inc. is proud to add another government project to its portfolio and continues to execute its professionalism in customer service.

Post Construction Cleanup Services for Florida Rock Properties & Develoipment

Summit Building Services, Inc. provided another post construction cleanup for one of FRP Development's many tenants, located in Hanover, MD.

Promptly after the contract began, Summit swept the floor with oil based sweeping compound. Once the floor was thoroughly swept an Advance SC 750 auto scrubber was used to clean the warehouse floor and prepare for the new tenant to move their equipment in.

The interior and exterior windows, administrative offices, and restrooms were simultaneously cleaned.

Summit Building Services works very closely on a regular basis with the property superintendent/property manager to meet their tight deadline for site preparations.
