THE NABR provides specialized business services, education, and resources for businesses across the country. This is the third year the Michigan-based organization has held the "Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" awards in Houston. Companies are nominated by those in the area and assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention. Participating companies receive a complimentary assessment, which they can then use to benchmark results with companies in other cities, along with additional benefits throughout the year. Winning companies are invited to celebrate in one of the organization's event regions.
