HKVCA enhances membership engagement & becomes more interactive via Salesforce & Introv

April 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Members is a very important asset for a company and therefore, they should be well manage the database.  The ideal is to have more close connectivity with members so as to increase their loyalty in a more electronic way.

Recently found that The Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA) is enhancing membership engagement and becoming more interactive after implemented Salesforce CRM system.  HKVCA is having around 50 events annually for more than 6,000 members.  However, their members is keep growing for about 50% or more over the past 3 years and their database don’t have that capacity to serve these; staffs has to manually input members’ information once they got any event registration by an old fashion way, such as phone call, email or fax.  This will increase typo and is wasting manpower in the meantime.

   This difficulties will hinder them to hold any networking and experience sharing events and forums in the future and therefore, they decide to adopt Salesforce CRM with its local partner, Introv.  After then, HKVCA is now able to register the event online by just a click and this data will then auto create into Salesforce system, which largely increase customer engagement into the association; they are able to have a more statistic report for events for further analyze on what they want to achieve in the future; the whole process from event registration till invoice billing and make the payment becomes more smoothly, a more seamless way.
