The home was listed at $125,000 and closed at $79,500 with the seller paying zero closing cost contribution to the buyer.   The buyer owner financed the property, and the sale closed in just 21 days.  The closing took place at the law offices of Andrew Marion at 1919 23rd Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501.
