A Little More of No Mas! – Poco Mas!: Early Evening Spanish Tapas & Creative Cocktails

ATLANTA - April 17, 2015 - PRLog -- No Mas! offers “a little more”: Poco Mas!, the latest concept at the ever popular No Mas! Hacienda & Cantina.  Sharing the space with ADios Café, which serves up breakfast and fantastic coffees by day, Poco Mas! transforms the setting into a great place to unwind in the late afternoon, with tapas, wine by the glass, craft beers, original martinis, and sumptuous desserts.  A casually upscale feel, the newly remodeled space includes a hammered copper bar top, pub tables, and bar stools made with the wood from Tequila barrels.  The effect of a classic market square with strings of lights crossing above, tiled roofs, and hacienda balconies, adds to the feeling you’ve been transported to Mexico.

The Food:

Inspired by Spaniards, whose influence found its way into Mexican cuisine, these small plates will delight your palate and senses.  Each cocktail comes topped with a “tapa”, a small bite designed to complement the drink.  When you eat, you drink.  When you drink, you eat. The thoughtfully prepared dishes pair nicely with your beverage for the evening.  Simple combinations of meats and cheeses; hot plates like Croquetas Rajas y Queso, Blistered Peppers with sea salt, or classic Albondigas; cool it off with cold plates: Ceviche, Tartar de Atun, or Caprese Salad.  The casual friendly environment welcomes you; the tapas great for one or fun to share.

The Drinks:

Each artfully crafted cocktail offers choices for the most adventurous to the most reserved tastes.  Try the Mezcal Monkey or Martini Classico – or sweeten a bit with a Chocolate Mole Martini.  Wines have been hand selected to appeal to every taste and mood.  On tap are craft beers that are a perfect way to wind down the day, full of flavor and richness that can only come from an artist’s touch.

The Scene:

Transport yourself to a Mexican "Tianguis" Street Market with the character of old colonial Mexico in an atmosphere of light Latin jazz.  Enjoy great food and drink while shopping the Mexican artisan crafted products displayed on the authentic 'carretas' wheeled carts.  Grab a glass of wine, a craft draft beer, or one of the custom martinis at the handcrafted, hammered copper topped bar.  Pull up a bar stool made from Tequila barrel wood to one of the uniquely designed high top tables.  For a more intimate spot, nestle into a comfortable Mexican equipal chair for conversation.  All of the furniture was designed by No Mas!  Add to the adventure a leisurely stroll through the adjacent showroom, overflowing with artisan crafted products from the far reaches of Mexico.

No Mas! Hacienda & Cantina opened in Castleberry Hill the summer of 2006.  Seating 350+, No Mas! Cantina serves classic favorites and mouthwatering dishes for groups large and small, with catering a specialty.  Just across the huge covered patio, No Mas! Hacienda gallery showroom offers handcrafted furnishings, décor, art, and gifts from well over 300 artisans in Mexico – custom too.

Productions has been designing restaurant interior decor and furniture packages for many brands since 1996.  The interior design of Poco Mas! showcases "a little more" of this company's capabilities in a real operating restaurant environment, conveniently located just outside the No Mas! Hacienda showroom.
