By: Beat Brasserie From 9:30AM-3:00PM, early risers will enjoy Beat’s two course, prix fixe menu for $35 per person featuring a selection of favorites crafted by Executive Chef Ignacio Lopez including Quiche with spinach, sundried tomato and feta, Wild Flower Honey & Lemon Pancakes with mixed berry compote and Broccoli, Leek & Havarti Scrambled Eggs served with house salad, toast and frites and Luxe Eggs Benedict with salmon cake or filet mignon. Beat’s “flower children” ages ten and under will have their own menu to choose from including kiddie Scrambled Eggs & Toast, Grilled Cheese and French toast. To top things off, there will be live music performances all day long. If Mom wants to sleep in, guests can savor Beat’s array of seasonally-inspired dinner specials with a bohemian twist and accompanying live music from 5:00PM-11:00PM. Mother’s Day specials will be served à la carte alongside Beat’s traditional menu including favorites such as Buffalo Cauliflower ($11.50), Grilled Lamb Chops with toasted couscous, winter greens and jus ($34), the super-natural Earth Bowl with 5-grain pilaf, chickpea tomato stew, roasted vegetables, turnips, rainbow carrots, broccoli, pumpkin and tahini ($23) and Grilled Swordfish with white bean puree, lemon, oregano, capers, olives ($27). Guests can toast the most important woman in their life with libations off Beat’s cocktail list including the Super Perfect Martini (for the perfect Mom, of course!) made with St. George Gin Terroir, Dolin Vermouth Blanc and blue cheese olives, or the Orange Sunshine, champagne topped with organic orange liquor. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate The Beat’s acclaimed wine list featuring 36 American artisanal wines on tap and an acclaimed reserve list.
