Justin is a graduate from the Graceland University where he was Captain of the Baseball and Football Teams. After his time at Graceland Justin went on to play Pro Arena Football with the Las Vegas, Lynx in 2009. He was signed on as their Wide Receiver for a 1 year contract. In 2010 he was welcomed to the Arizona, Rattlers as a WR/LB.

Justin's duties as account manager include assisting the managers in training new associates and ensuring compliance with clients’ needs. His positive goal-focused nature leads to ambitions that include becoming a supervisor and developing knowledge on internal affairs as he manages the marketing and advertising teams for a promising client. He works hard to advance to operations manager within the near future by gaining responsibility for more prestigious markets, including the management of whole regions.

As he follows his own goals, Justin also educates his teammates on their own professional development goals and opportunities. It is important to him to provide a good example of leadership and seizing opportunity. Just as All Summit Alliance values recognizing the accomplishments of its people, Justin strives to recognize the best in others.
