Fishing for a Cause - Contender Solutions Reels in a Big Prize

TAMPA, Fla. - June 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Jason Beck, the CEO of Contender Solutions, competed in the The Suncoast Saltwater Shootout fishing tournament on Saturday, June 20th 2015 in Sarasota, Florida. This is the Gulf Coast's premier fishing event. This year, the Suncoast Saltwater Shootout has teamed up with a few great national charities.  Last year they had over 160 participants, nearly 40 boats and paid out nearly $73,000 in prize money to the fisherman.

With Billfish, Offshore, and Inshore divisions there is over $100,000.00 in prize money on the line. The chosen winners were able to make a difference in the lives of those who suffer with Prader-Willi Syndrom (PWS).

Sarasota is home to many serious fishermen. Jason was excited to be able to help keep first class summer fishing event alive here. He won $3,500 towards the charity of choice, which was Autism Research, by reeling in the 1st Place RedFish.
