Fry’s-anchored Shopping Center in Mesa Sells for $3.5 Million

MESA, Ariz. - April 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Fry’s Vineyard Plaza Shopping Center, located at Baseline Road and Country Club Drive in Mesa was sold to Barclay Group for $3,460,000. Fry’s Food and Drug anchors the property but was not a part
of the sale.

Lee and Associates Fincham/Dempsey team led by principals Jan Fincham and Patrick Dempsey facilitated the sale on behalf of the Barclay Group and the owner, GH Properties.

The Barclay Group was attracted to Fry’s Vineyard Plaza because of Fry’s Food and Drug as the anchor, dense infill demographics and substantial traffic counts at the intersection," said Fincham.

The 17,451 SF retail property features tenants Streets of New York, Subway, Great Clips and The UPS Store and serves the daily needs of the area residents.
