The securities and exchange commissions lawyers will not face me in a court room. Case is now Enbanc 11th circ. and will head for the supreme court if not reversed based on the sworn oath of office to protect the us constitutional laws.

Some commissioners them self are complacent based on false claims made against me . Statute of limtations past as in sarbanes oxly 2-4 ,and sec. enforcment manuals 6 moths after wells.

The sec. refuses to disclose the required quorum approval for the filed suit as well as for the settlemnt (breech of contact )says behind clsoed doors they dont have to disclose.

Transparecny and accountability ya right protect the oath and the constituion ya right wre is justice?

Senator Grassley and Chairman Goodlatte must review this file and uphold the us constitutional laws of the land and hold those responsable.

I was ordered to do so by the longest serving us magistrate judge Palermo in Miami Stated “I would not get my day in court and the senior judge Ryskamp s.d. fla. court w.p.b. won’t hear my constitutional rights of a trial by jury of peers.” After settlement the purgerist  Timothy s Mccole esq. for the sec. reopened a case lied said I gave no financial info .( was filed in the dockets)

Conspired with a non consented magistrate Hopkins ,unlawfully received a summary judgment against me .

With out any evidentiary hearings , as well as denied me rights to d&0 ins.consul ,conspired with the courts representatives acted in treason against the united states constitution.

Taking my court ordered and invocation of trial by jury away from me denying me the most fundamental and most important right I have under the united states constitution in violation of the judiciary acts 1789 and slaughter house cases 16 wall.

The commission then filed addition collateral estoppels using a case which denaturalized me.

Washington sec chair white in a  kangaroo court like administrative  proceedings denied me the ordered public hearing. They refuse to post my rebuttles on the web. and refuse to answer constituional legal questions.

The whistle blowers filed bogus claims and others stated that representative Bill Hager (Romney camp)the boy friend of Jan Imperato ex wife was in concert with the republican party and they vowed to destroy me and they wanted me out of the way.

I asked the public to consider my statements and disregard the sec. cases that have ruined my perfect reputation ass a stand up honorable global business man, papal knight, night of Malta and friar as well as three time honorary doctor of humanities ,foreign affairs and inter religious dialog.

Follow the press that is about to come ,I have been back balled , and my company destroyed . The damages are insurmountable .

The sec. also lied and said we had no insurance coverage which is perjury . I am suing in federal court the Hartford ins co. and navigators ins. co.

The same judges in sec. case took away my rights again covering up evidence to prove sec. case is false claims, and now I am appealing their treason and violations of the judiciary acts of 1789.
