A native of Michigan, Erika earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Michigan University and moved to Nashville to start her teaching career.  After four years of teaching English and history in Metro Schools, Erika decided to apply her love of education to her other great passion: real estate.  Her background in education has proven to be a great asset in working with clients and educating them on the home buying process. As Showing Specialist for The Anderson Group, she specializes in locating ideal properties and showing them to clients. Erika will make finding the perfect home easy, informative, and enjoyable!

Justin Day- Listing Specialist


Born and raised in Mt. Juliet, TN, Justin's entrepreneurial career started early.  In 2003, he founded a special effects company, which he managed and operated until 2011.  With the company under control, Justin received his real estate license and began his career as a Buyer Specialist with Keller Williams.  In 2014, after selling the special effects company, he joined The Anderson Group as a Listing Specialist.  As a Listing Specialist, Justin works to locate potential home sellers and aid them through the home sale process.  With his numerous years of sales management and real estate experience, Justin is a valuable asset to The Anderson Group Team.
